No — if a candidate declines or doesn't respond within 7 days, your credit is automatically refunded as 1 Merged Credit. Purchased and refunded credits are valid for 12 months to ensure active, verified candidate data. With the Pro Plan, refunded credits remain valid for up to 90 days.

What's the difference between Pay-As-You-Go and the Pro Plan?

With Pay-As-You-Go, you buy individual credits for €149 each whenever you need to reach someone occasionally. Pro (€499/month) is for teams hiring continuously; you get 5 credits per month (€99.80 per contact) and unused credits remain valid for 90 days.

Are there any hidden costs or success fees when you make a hire?
